Sun Dried
It is distinguished from ordinary apricots by its sun-dried color.
Unlike yellow apricots, the organic dried fruit is dried in the sun without sulfurization. Originating from Asia, the fruit grows in warm climates. Brought to the borders of Europe by the Greeks, the sun-dried kernel is often cultivated in Anatolia. Turkey ranks first in the world in fresh apricot production, apricot varieties are also abundant in our country due to abundant production, sun dried prices are affordable and all varieties are frequently consumed.
